2. What information do we collect?
We collect the following personal information:

Online orders / pickup service: name, delivery address, email address, telephone number and order information to process and deliver the order.

Newsletter: name and email address that you provide when subscribing.

Analytics data: anonymized IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site, and referral source are automatically collected using Google Analytics.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the following grounds in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR:

4. Purpose of processing
The information in the contact form is used only to respond to your contact. Order information is used to process, deliver and communicate with you. Newsletter information is used to send you offers and news from CluckChick — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the newsletter message. Analytics information is used in anonymized form to improve the service.
5. Data retention period
The information in the contact form will be stored for a maximum of 24 months or until the contact has been processed.
Order information is stored for 6 years in accordance with the Accounting Act (1336/1997).
Newsletter subscription information is stored until you cancel your subscription, after which the information will be deleted within 30 days.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
6. Data transfers
Google Analytics processes data on servers of Google LLC, which may include transfers to the United States. Google is a party to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Subscription and newsletter data is processed by [insert name of subscription service/newsletter tool, e.g. Wolt, Mailchimp], which may transfer data outside the EEA. Appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) are in place.
The contact form information is stored within the EU.
